At Yoga Synergy, we offer a fresh, intelligent, ever-evolving approach to yoga that’s tailored to the changing seasons and to you. As the name suggests, Yoga Synergy combines century-old Hatha yoga spiritual disciplines with modern physical therapy. Yoga Synergy’s Directors, Simon Borg-Olivier and Bianca Machliss are experienced and well-respected yoga practitioners. Both Directors have studied yoga for more than 30 years and are fully-qualified physiotherapists – so you can be confident that your mind, body and spirit are in safe hands.

About our yoga

Earth, Water, Fire, Air and Ether are the 5 dynamic sequences of yoga postures taught at Yoga Synergy. We offer a practice that is safe for the modern body across all levels of fitness. It’s suitable for those who have not tried yoga before or have injuries, but is also challenging for those more familiar with a regular physical practice such as professional dancers, elite athletes and advanced yoga practitioners.

About our yoga teachers and training courses

At Yoga Synergy, all our teachers receive a personal yoga instructor training course from Yoga Synergy Directors Simon Borg-Olivier and Bianca Machliss. This means that, no matter which class you attend, you’ll always benefit from the same in-depth understanding of yoga theory and practice and a high standard of instruction.
