Before you learn to with another persons body in Acro-balance partner exercises it is important know how to work with your own body.

In the first part of the workshop I will be showing you the basics of how to work with your own body such as:
*** moving actively from your core
*** moving in fluid way that allows you to move from one extreme position to another and a safe and effective accessible and fluid manner
*** shifting your body weight seamlessly from one position to another
*** working with resistance against your own body as a prelude to working with resistance from someone else’s body
In the second part of the workshop Zoe will teach you how to apply these principles to work with a partner.
