I became a yoga teacher because I want to help give people what Yoga Synergy has given to me, an understanding and acceptance of myself and where I am, both when I’m on the mat and off the mat.

After I had my second child, my Dr recommended joining a gym to help shift some post-natal depression and luckily this is where I found my first yoga class.

I love the Yoga Synergy method and the the way Bianca and Simon have customised each sequence for the western body, through traditional yoga and medical science. I’ve always felt like my body is being looked after. Yoga Synergy has taught me to listen to my body and my mind and practice accordingly and responsively.

As a hairdresser of many years I had terrible posture, a lot of tension in my back, neck and shoulders – my yoga practice has helped to undo all the damage I did to my body working and holding myself poorly.

I love to exercise, socialise and generally lead a happy, healthy life and YogaSynergy is a big part of that.
