What I love about yoga is that it allows you to gently move the body and settle the mind while also being challenging. I signed up to yoga teacher training as a way to develop my own personal practice but when I discovered the joy of sharing the benefits of yoga with my friends and family, I decided to make the jump into teaching.

The blend of different schools of yoga, underlying physiotherapy principles, and Bianca’s passionate yet accessible teaching style drew me to Yoga Synergy and I’ve been hooked ever since I’ve stumbled across her class.

In my day job, I work as a program evaluation consultant for the public sector. When I’m not practicing yoga or working, I like to spend my time cooking, bouldering, and spending time with family.
