At both Bondi and Newtown, our Air Sequence will be starting on Monday August 6th. Come along and shift the stale energy of winter, and feel a lightness to your being.

Eriko is excited to share her new Yin training with everyone, and Catherine is thrilled to be able to continue teaching Dynamic:
Bondi: Thursday 10am (1.25h) will now become a Yin class taught by Eriko
Newtown: Monday 6.45pm (1.25h) will now become a Dynamic (Level 2) class taught by Catherine
