Pranayama Exercise before meals

Hi there – Simon taught a series of Pranayamic exercises to practise before meals – is there a set of instructions so I may refresh my memory somewhere?

As a simple short answer here however it is a good idea to practice diaphragmatic breathing as a general rule in your yoga asana practice and as a separate practice as well. in addition you should try and learn uddiyana bandha, nauli and lauliki which are explained in the dvd mentioned above and also described in some detail with relevance to food in our dvd on yogic nutrition and our book ‘applied anatomy and physiology of yoga’
