Yoga Synergy has a range of different yoga classes to suit all levels from beginners to advanced students. If you’ve never attended Yoga Synergy yoga classes before we recommend you start with a YS-Vinyasa, Beginner Course, YS-Yin or Prenatal class. Our YS-Dynamic is the next level up from YS-Vinyasa. At Yoga Synergy Bondi Junction we also offer a range of classes that compliment your yoga practice such as Q-Flow (qi-gong), Myofascial Release, and Pilates – beginners welcome.
