salambasarvangasana, halasana, grabapindasana, urdva padmasana, pindasana, sirsasana, pincamayurasana
these asana are not recommended for beginners, women during menstruation, people with glaucoma or high blood pressure.
this asana is good because brings blood to the brain and hads an effect of well being on a general level and people dressed have shown to feel happier.
