Explain how an understanding of the Yamas and Niyamas, the first two limbs of the Astanga Yoga of Patanjali, can be useful to apply while doing a physical yoga practice or any exercise. How can this affect your daily life?
Discuss your impressions of the physical practice videos for this topic. If you can it is great if you can actually practice with the video classes, but if you cannot practice for some reasons at least comment on what you expect you may feel after viewing the video.
