Yoga Synergy 5 Elements Vinyasa Intensive

June 17 – 21, 2018 : 5 daily sessions (15 hours total) – 3 hours of yoga each day!
Learn the five Yoga Synergy elemental sequences instructed by Simon Borg-Olivier. Each session includes 60-90 minutes of detailed instruction on posture, movement and breathing, followed by a visually-instructed lead practice to music (no verbal instructions). You will develop a personal practical understanding of the applied anatomy and physiology of traditional yoga for the modern body, enabling you to fully experience the dynamic Yoga Synergy style and the benefits it brings.

About the teacher

Simon Borg-Olivier MSc BAppSc (Physiotherapy) is a Co-Director of Yoga Synergy, one of Australia’s oldest and most respected yoga schools. Simon has been teaching yoga since 1982. He is a registered physiotherapist, a research scientist and a university lecturer. As well as teaching both group and individual classes through Yoga Synergy, Simon also teaches applied anatomy and physiology of Hatha yoga regularly at workshops and conferences in Australia and around the world.
