For me – a yogi on & off for decades, and aspiring teacher – Yoga Synergy was only centre I wanted to learn about anatomy and physiology to progress my own practice and inspire others with theirs,

I’ve just completed the interactive course over 2 weekends and will be drawing on that for a long time. Simon has genuine and rare wisdom from rich experiences and mentorships, supported by wide study and practice as a physio. I value his perspectives and demonstrations to ensure real understanding. He made extensive content accessible, stimulating, memorable and enjoyable.

Bianca’s input into the overall YS teaching resources must also be mentioned – as Simon’s long-term professional equal.
