About the Course
‘Asana Biomechanics - 84 Postures’ is a practical course, taught in a similar fashion to a yoga workshop.
Through a series of instructional videos you will be immersed in Simon's teachings.
It provides yoga teachers and students with the knowledge and skills to understand how the body works.
It includes practice of the asanas (poses and postures), vinyasas (dynamic exercises that combine movement with breath) and pranayamas (breath-control exercises) of hatha yoga.
Minimum 24 hours online & 20 Continuing Education Points (CEP) credited with Yoga Alliance.
You will have access to the course materials for 16 weeks with an option to download all lectures.

Originally a research biological scientist, Simon has been teaching about posture, movement, breathing and mental control for 37 years while also treating people as a physiotherapist.
