This SPINAL SYNERGY is what we use as the basis for all our posture, movement and breathing.

Please try and practice this. It can really help almost everyone on so many levels.

Here are some instructions.

(1) REST & RELAX THE TRUNK

(2) LENGTHEN THE TRUNK/SPINE

(3) LENGTHEN THE BACK TRUNK/SPINE

(4) LENGTHEN THE FRONT TRUNK/SPINE

(5) LENGTHEN THE LEFT SIDE TRUNK/SPINE

(6) LENGTHEN THE RIGHT SIDE TRUNK/SPINE

(7) TWIST TRUNK/SPINE TO RIGHT SIDE

(8) TWIST TRUNK/SPINE TO LEFT SIDE

(2) LENGTHEN THE TRUNK/SPINE

(1) REST & RELAX THE TRUNK

– REPEAT THE SEQUENCE SMOOTHLY AND CALMLY

– MOVE ACTIVELY WHILE LENGTHENING AND RELAXING

– BEND LESS OR MORE, MOVE SLOWER OR FASTER ACCORDING TO COMFORT

– MOVE FROM YOUR CORE & DON’T LOCK YOUR CORE

– BREATHE NATURALLY INTO YOUR ABDOMEN

– MOVE FLUIDLY IN A WAVE LIKE MOTION
