About the Course
‘Asana Biomechanics - 84 Postures’ is a practical course, taught in a similar fashion to a yoga workshop.
Through a series of instructional videos across the following Postures you will be immersed in Simon's teachings.
It provides yoga teachers and students with the knowledge and skills to understand how the body works.
It includes practice of the asanas (poses and postures), vinyasas (dynamic exercises that combine movement with breath) and pranayamas (breath-control exercises) of hatha yoga.
Minimum 24 hours online & 24 Continuing Education Points (CEP) credited with Yoga Alliance.

More About the Teacher
Originally a research biological scientist, Simon has been teaching about posture, movement, breathing and mental control for 37 years while also treating people as a physiotherapist.
His unmatched wealth of knowledge comes from merging modern medical science with what he learned from the great traditional masters from Tibet, India, Japan, Thailand and China.
