8 Spinal Movements for Energy

 

Move actively from your core for health, happiness and longevity.

Health – means the functional well-being of your muscles and bones – strength, flexibility and fitness – as well as state of your internal organs – energy, vitality, immunity and the ability to regenerate.

Happiness – means your ability to have this as your default setting.

Longevity is your choice to die as young as possible as late as possible.

This is me practicing a smooth flow version of Direct Spinal Synergy Movements –

Compressed trunk => Lengthened trunk => Lengthened Back => Lengthened Front => Lengthened Left Side => Lengthened Right Side => Twist to Right Side => Twist to Left Side => Lengthened Trunk.

Then repeat in the opposite direction โ€ฆ

– Compressed trunk => Lengthened trunk => Lengthened Back => Lengthened Front => Lengthened Right side => Lengthened Left side => Twist to Left side => Twist to Right side => Lengthened Trunk => Shortened Trunk
