Oona has practiced Pilates since 2001, learning the complete classical pilates repertoire in the original Joseph Pilates style, as well as studying more contemporary Pilates both mat and reformer.

Oona’s movement background beyond Pilates includes 35 years playing soccer, being an enthusiastic runner, enjoying regular yoga and group fitness, and she enjoys both ocean swimming and regular squad swimming training.
