The 200hr teacher training was an amazing experience! The course was extremely thorough and the trainers incredibly knowledgeable especially including the extra two online courses (Yoga Fundamentals) and (Applied anatomy and physiology). The flexible delivery for me while running a Gym Business in Western Australia was perfect, (four weekend workshops finishing with a ten day intensive).
