No matter what your skill level or experience with yoga, this series of poses – from beginner through to more complex positions – can serve as both a learning tool to get you started and a guide to accompany your training with Yoga Synergy. If you’re new to yoga, use the beginner yoga postures to become familiar with the basics and become more comfortable with moving your body in the ways yoga requires. As you gain experience with yoga, you can move on to the more advanced positions and continue to build your skills, strength and flexibility.
