Highlights
Questions?
CEP Points?
Q. I live in the USA. Can I get CEP (Continuing Education Points) with Yoga Alliance?
A. Yes you certainly can. Each course will count for 24 Non-Contact CEP.
Study Time
Q. "I would like to do the first online module but my concern is about the workload clashing with my "day job". Is the 3 month way very intense"?
How many assignments are there? What do they involve?
A. Most students find they need to set aside around 10 hours per week if they do a topic a week.
Each topic you need to answer a few questions on the material in your self study guide and there are two multiple choice exams.
Which Course?
Q. "I am a yoga teacher of around 5 years and have been teaching regularly over this period and also have a daily Ashtanga practice. Which course is best for me"?
A. We do find all teachers, even those with many years experience benefit greatly and learn a lot from the Advanced Yoga Fundamentals course. Bianca and Simons approach to Asana is very different and incredibly intelligent and can be used in all styles of Yoga. Most people also find they get a lot more out of the Applied Anatomy course once they have a deeper understanding of the YogaSynergy method.
