How to deal with three common problems when doing Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga

How to deal with three common problems faced when doing Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga:
Three of the most common problems faced by people doing Ashtanga Vinyasa yoga, and in fact most modern yoga, are problems with the knee, problems with the hamstrings and problems in the lower back.

In this short presentation, I discuss some of the simple things you can do to alleviate these problems. These things and so much more are elaborated in great detail in our newly released comprehensive online course on Ashtanga Vinyasa yoga available here.

For more detail please watch the full recorded workshop. In this special class, I will be talking about the most common problems that many people experience practicing Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga and other more modern yoga styles. I go through some of the main problems that are experienced and show ways to alleviate them by removing some of the myths and misunderstandings of these practices, giving clear instructions on how to perform postures, how to modify postures where needed, and how to move and breathe in a way that facilitates a better result physically, energetically and mentally.
