That’s next week! We are so looking forward to being in the group energy together on the mat again. Ether Sequence at Newtown starts on Monday 11th October and will go for 9 weeks.
For Ether Sequence we will be running pre-booked courses ($132 for the 6 weeks, 1x per week) Come and learn and develop a wonderful practice that you will have with you for life. The group energy is fantastic with one group as you progress together and build towards a dynamic flow through practice to music.
Class numbers are limited to 20 per class, and we require a minimum of 10 students to run a class. Please book soon to ensure you get the class that best suits. Yoga Synergy teachers are fully vaccinated.
