TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  1. Information on how to enter forms part of the terms of entry. Entry into the competition is deemed acceptance of these terms and conditions.
  2. Entry is open to anyone over 18 years of age. Employees and their immediate families of Yoga Synergy Pty Ltd and its associated agencies and companies are not eligible to enter.
  3. The competition commences on Monday 7TH June 2022 at 9.00am (AEST) and concludes on Thursday 30th June  12pm (AEST).
  4. To enter, answer in at least 250 words (no more than 300 words) “Why would you particularly like to join the Yoga Synergy Teacher Training program and why it is you need this kind of financial assistance at this time?" Tell us a little about yourself for example, how many years experience do you have? Have you ever done a Yoga Synergy class? Who have your teachers been?
    Entry to the competition is online at www.yogasynergy.com/applynow
     Most compelling answer wins.
  5. Entries into the competition are limited to 1 per person. If a second entry is received, the first entry will be overwritten.
  6. Entrants must be 18 years or older. The winner will be contacted via email.
  7. Entries submitted will be reviewed and the major prize winner will be notified by email on Friday 1stth July 2022 at 4pm. The winner will also be posted on Yoga Synergy social media channels. The entry that is judged the best and most compelling entry will be deemed the major prize winner. The judge’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. All entries become the property of Yoga Synergy Pty Ltd and cannot be returned.
  8. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process, who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Terms & Conditions of Entry or who has, in the opinion of Promoter, engaged in conduct in entering the Promotion which is fraudulent, misleading, deceptive or generally damaging to the goodwill or reputation of the Promotion and/or Promoter. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify a winner if Promoter becomes aware that the winner and/or the winner’s entry is of a type described in this clause.

  10. If any of the prize items are unavailable, for whatever reason, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize for a prize of equal or greater value, subject to State Regulation.
  11. The winner must enrol for the Online Teacher Training program by July 31st 2022. The program runs for 8 months after which the winner will no long have access to the online program except for the downloadable materials provided at the time of enrolment.
  12. In the event that for any reason whatsoever a winner does not take an element of the prize at the time stipulated by the Promoter then that element of the prize will be forfeited by the winner and cash will not be awarded in lieu of that element of the prize.
  13. Prize values are based upon the recommended retail prices at the time of printing (inclusive of GST). The promoter accepts no responsibility for change in prize value between now and the ultimate prize redemption date.
  14. Should an entrant’s contact details change during the promotional period, it is the entrant's responsibility to notify the Promoter. A request to access or modify any information provided in an entry should be directed to Promoter.
  15. If the promoter does not hear from the prize winners within seven days, the promoter has the right to re-draw the promotion by choosing another winner.
  16. Yoga Synergy Pty Ltd assume no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorised access to, or alteration of entries, and reserves the right to take any action that may be available.
  17. All entries become the property of the Promoter. The Promoter collects personal information about you to enable you to participate in this promotion but no further use of this information will be made without prior consent.
